What’s a cultural tradition from another country that you wish existed in yours? In many cultures, it is very impolite to wear shoes inside a house.  It is extremely disrespectful to enter someone else's house wearing shoes as well.  Some cultures have slippers for guests, which I think is really smart. 

What are the biggest mistakes people make when visiting your country? Not all Americans are the same, and not all regions of the U.S. have the same political and astetic climate.  Assuming that all Americans share the same views is wrong. 

What’s a song that always puts you in a good mood? Honestly, any song by Neil Diamond is a good song and puts me in a good mood.  Likewise, "Country Roads" by John Denver is also a song I could listen to over and over again.

What’s the best way to build self-confidence? The best way to build self confidence is to be positive. If you are terrified of failing, or you fear the worst, you will have a bad experience.  But if you are positive and look for a good outcome, your self-esteem will grow. 

How do you build loyal subscribers? Being honest and dependable with subscribers is how to build loyalty.  I am always honest in my newsletters with my writing journey and the recipies that I share.  I am also dependable with the release of my weekly newsletters. 

Share a proverb you think is completely wrong and make your case. "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." - Benjamin Franklin I know plenty of broke, unhealthy, not very intelligent people who go to bed early and get up early.

Do you believe in soulmates? Why or why not? I believe that everyone has a soulmate.  I knew the moment I saw my husband that he was different than all of the other guys, and it was because he was meant for me. 

What’s something you’d love to see in the future, but know you probably won’t live to witness? I believe that time travel exists but I don't think we will be able to harness it for many, many years. 

Do you believe in minimalism? I believe that certain objects handed down from generation to generation are important.  I also believe that being comfortable is how one truly relaxes.  If I have comfortable and meaningful objects around me, I am happy.
